Bio
Dr. Hind Benbya, Associate Professor of Information Technology Management, joined GSCM in August 2006. Prior to this she held visiting positions at the UCLA Anderson Business School and in Grenoble School of Management. Dr. Benbya's research and consulting specializes in supporting the effectiveness of information systems and its evolution over time (Implementation, alignment, complementary mechanisms and evolution) in particular for Knowledge management systems. On this line of research she published several articles in international journals such as Journal of Information Technology, Communications of the AIS, and a forthcoming paper in Sloan Management Review. She is in the editorial board of the International Journal of Knowledge Management and Advances in Knowledge Management Book Series.
