Dominique Drillon has a doctorate in Social Sciences since 1995. He is habilitaded to supervise research (HDR) since 2005. Former Research Director at the research center, his research focuses on three domains at the junction of Management Sciences and Humanities and Social Sciences:

· in Human Ressources, his research focuses on the detection, assessment and skills development in enterprises.

· in Entrepreneurship, he worked on the entrepreneur's decision-making process.

· finally, in Management, he focuses on the impact of Information Technology and Communication on humans.

Among many conferences and publications, we can show a book he co-authored in 2007: "Entrepreneurship, Cooperation and the Firm: the emergence and survival of High-Technology Ventures in Europe" and an article in the Revue Internationale sur le Travail et la Société in 2005: "Détection des compétences dans un contexte de travail « atypique » : l’insertion professionnelle des intérimaires de premiers niveaux de qualification ."

Dominique Drillon is trying to stimulate the jugement on the differents ways of consumption, the corporate responsibility and the concept of sustainable development. Moreover, he can bring its expertise to professionals on the importance of emotions for managers and the search for efficiency.

 

Nathalie Tessier has a doctorate in Management Sciences since 2004. Her research focuses on management tools, new forms of work organization, evaluation of results, skills and behaviors as well as the relations and tensions in the employment at work. She has published several articles in academics journals (Revue Management et Avenir among others) but also in professional journals (Revue Personnel). In addition, she participates in workshops of ANVIE.

Nathalie Tessier can bring their skills through expertise and advice on practical issues raised by the professionals.
