Actually, the research center is composed of 23 GSCM professors proving, two adjunct professors and 14 research assistants. In 2006, 10 new professors were recruited, four new colleagues join GSCM in September 2007, and six other recruitments are scheduled for the academic year 2006/2007.

21 out of 23 professors are already doctors, and the fact that two professors will soon defend their PhD thesis will bring the percentage of doctors to 100%. Four professors are habilitated to supervise doctoral research (HDR, Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches) in addition to the two adjunct professors. The internationalization of the faculty is also in progress: there are currently seven foreign professors.

Since May 2007, Dr. Frank Lasch (HDR) is the new GSCM Research director. Dr. Calin Gurau (HDR) is the new Head of the "Entrepreneurship and Market Dynamics" field and Dr. Nassim Belbaly manages the "Information Systems Management and Organisational Dynamics" field.
