In 2009, the research center is composed of 27 permanent GSCM professors, three adjunct professors and 7 research assistants. Several recruitments are scheduled for the next three years to reach by end of 2011 a total permanent research faculty number of 40 active members (research assistants not included).

Five GSCM professors are habilitated to supervise doctoral research (post-doctoral degree 'HDR', Habilitation à diriger les recherches) and three others are currently enrolled in a HDR process. The internationalization of the faculty is also in progress: there are currently 11 foreign professors (35,5% of the research faculty).
