Note biographique et thèmes de recherche
Hind Benbya est professeur associé au GSCM depuis août 2006 en Systèmes d'Information. Elle a été visiting scholar à UCLA Anderson Business School et visiting professor à l'école de management de Grenoble. Ses domaines de recherche et de conseil couvrent l'efficacité des systèmes d'information (implémentation, alignement, mécanismes complémentaires et évolution) et en particulier, les systèmes de gestion des connaissances et de e-Business. Ses publications sont parues dans plusieurs revues comme : Information Technology and People, Communications of the AIS, Journal of Information Technology , International Journal of Information Management and Knowledge and Process Management entre autres. Ses recherches ont été sélectionnées comme Best Paper par l'Academy of Management et l'International Federation of Information Technologies and Tourism. Elle a deux ouvrages en cours de publication : Knowledge Management Systems Implementations: Lessons from the Silicon Valley and Successful OSS Project Design and Implementation.
